If something is not as advertised a full refund (excluding shipping cost) can be applied. Please reach out to us by completing the form located on the contact us page. We cannot guarantee you'll like the taste of something, everyone's taste is different. If you're unsure of something, don't order too much of it. 

What is your return policy?
Products purchased from cardnl.com are eligible for return if the product is not as described, defective, or the best-by date has passed. To process a return we require authorization, please contact us with your order details.
