Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. 

Shipping Time

After your order is processed, it will be shipped to the delivery address you provided. Depending on your location, shipping can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

Shipping Locations

We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. Shipping outside of the US incurs a shipping fee. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Cardnl is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Cardnl will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Order Cancellation

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 1-2 hours, and once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
